Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is my favorite cookie recipe because it’s easy to follow and overall delicious. I play around with flavors and throw in butterscotch or white chocolate chips sometimes. Either way, it always comes out soft and perfect.

Preheat oven to 350F

Bake for 10 – 12 minutes

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Dash of Himalayan salt

When the dough is stirring, you want it to all sticks together so it’s easy to roll the cookie dough into a ball. If it’s too crumbly, add more butter. For texture, roll the dough into the size of a golf ball. You can palce about 6-8 balls onto the cookie sheet and they won’t spread too much.
