Bacon Wrapped Salmon Bites

COOK: 10 minutes

  • 2 skinless wild-caught salmon fillets
  • 10 very thin slices of nitrate-free bacon, cut in half
  • Creole seasoning, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Maple syrup

Slice salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes, then roll each cube with half a slice of bacon. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, and carefully fry the bacon-wrapped salmon cubes until nicely browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes, flipping until salmon is light pink and bacon is brown. Once finished, dip in maple syrup and enjoy!
